Making photographs of military personnel in action is complicated in several ways. First, US Department of Defense policy forbids cooperation or support for advertising and promotional projects. Second, DoD regulations prohibit the use of active-duty personnel in photos and the use of photos with DoD insignia visible. That means that photographs intended for use in advertising or promotion of military products or services must be made using actors wearing uniforms adapted to the requirements, and the photographs must be made in a civilian location.
We seem to be the only photography business set up to provide this service. We have the uniforms, helmets, radios, weapons, SATCOM systems, actors, and locations available to make images suitable for advertising military products and services and that also comply with DoD's regulations.
